Her love for the waterfront lifestyle deepened when she moved to Florida's east coast after marrying, where coastal living became an integral part of her identity.

With a professional background in hospital human resources, Reatha honed her skills in recruitment, problem-solving, relationship building and promoting Florida as an exceptional place to live. These experiences provided her with a strong foundation in market research and contract negotiations - skills she seamlessly transitioned into her real estate career.
